Process

Most companies use a standard software development process. We do, too. But there are a couple things that sets our process apart.

First, we evaluate our process with every project. Process is a great way to institutionalize quality and predictability, but it can also introduce inefficiences with small projects.

Second, we keep our work modular; each phase is self-contained and ends with a vendor-neutral deliverable. This allows us to hand-off work to other vendors, specialists or even internal teams - and thus allows you to use Ignia to fill in the precise needs of your organization, while taking advantage of existing talent.

Last, we aim to keep our process transparent! The goal is to keep us efficient, not introduce hurdles for our customers. You won't be filling out formal change requests with us!
